Halfhide has been trading in Wimbledon for 130 years. Founded by Alfred Edward Halfhide, who was the descendant of watch and clock makers dating back to 1692, and his son Alfred Alexander Banks Halfhide who carried on the tradition until his death in 1977.

The company is still privately owned and carrying the family traditions into the future, continuing to pride ourselves on our excellence in customer service

We carry a large selection of goods from Lladro porcelain, Nicole Barr Silver and Enamel Jewellery, LC Designs Clocks and Jewellery Boxes, also Clocks and Barometers from Comitti of London. We are sole suppliers of hand painted Wimbledon scene enamel boxes from Staffordshire Enamels and carry a large range of sterling silver photograph frames, antique silver and pewter and silver christening gifts.
